They done threw me in the hospital again ya'll! They are forcing me to take some stupid drug! Pray for me ya'll. I don't know what they are doin to me.

Please don't be afraid...I know they all have good intentions. It breaks my heart to see you this way.
My mama has struggles too and she almost gave up on this world, but she didn't. She learned that in order to make a life change from bad to good you have to eliminate some things or people that are just no good. You have to be strong and resist temptation. Most importantly YOU have to own up to the reality of your actions and want to truly get better!
I pray for better days to come your way and I don't ever want to wake up to headlines of another lost beauty! Just remember that everybody hurts and that you are not alone. You do have people that love you!

I'm positive that these people just are tryin' to help you. Give it a chance. Try to let people help you a little... they only want what's best for you please believe me! I've been there!! I didn't want to face the fact that I needed help and I was angry and frustrated like you probably are feelin' right now, and I didn't care about anybody -not my kids not my family -NO ONE. I didn't want to listen 'til one day I finnaly realised people don't do these things for you unless they are doing it out of love. Give it a chance, give people around you a chance.
As much as we all know a mother can be a real pain in the a** we also must be sure of the fact that they are there for us and only want what's good for us, no matter how hard it may be. You are a mother - don't you want to feel better for your kids sake?? don't you want to be a good mother? don't you want to be a good role model to your fans? don't you want your good life back??
Trust in these people no matter how angry they make you feel, or how worthless they may can make you feel, if they do make you feel this way it's because they are right, and that is what is the most frustrating thing when you are feelin' down, -I know!!! You don't wan't to take s*** from nobody, however trust me on this, you have to.. one day it might be too late..

I can't even tell you how many times I have been hospitalized. It's difficult I know. No one likes to hear they have mental issues. I am Bipolar. And I could care less if someone knows or thinks badly because of it. Seems you like to be out and about a lot. Maybe you should lay low for a while. Take a break from the paps. I saw some footage of you sitting and the paps were right in your face taking fotos. The flash from the camera was so disruptive, I am so sorry that you have to put up with it. But I guess that's the price you pay for being famous. But there is a line you can cross. And the paps should know that line. It's called personal face. Maybe
you should carry a camera and take pictures of them. Maybe it will f**k up their fotos. You know? You can use a flash too. Take theirs when they take your's. LOL!!
I love the new cd. I believe you very talented. I am 28. My 20's were pretty sh*tty for the most part. Being Bipolar is very difficult to manage. Mood swings, unable to sleep, spending lots of money, etc.
I am not saying you are Bipolar. I am just saying be open to anything. God made us all unique. I don't think anyone wants to hurt you. especially your Mom. Don't be afraid to admit, if you need help. Hell, you can talk to me.
By the way, Piece of me? WOW!!! LOVE IT!!!!
