I sure had me a good Christmas, ya'll! I got this new digital camera and it is SWEET! I spent some quality time with my boys and gave them some cool toys and edukational ones too! I had some good times ya'll. I tried to keep out of trouble for the most part and it looks like I suckceded. I did get stalked by the paps when I was tryin to take a dump at a store, but other than that it was awesome! My friend gave me a gift card to Starbucks and I already used that sucker up on fraps! Fraps and Paps....that would be a good name for my autobiography thingy. Have a great evenin ya'll!

Only when we fully realize that it is we who are able to transform ourselves, are we then able to realize all our dreams of a happy and loving life...free of substance abuse of course.
Such a waste of time and health, and so not meant for our bodies, these things that people self-medicate themselves with. I don't even allow myself to eat sweets. Only natural fruits do I eat.
Our bodies and mind respond amazing to an all natural food diet.
Our bodies are only meant to eat natural foods, and that is why we feel so good when we do.
I eat like 6 oranges a day, maybe 3 bananas, pinnapple, mangoe, cantalope, cherries, grapes, or what ever one is your favorite. There are some incredible fruits available in china towns that you likely have never had before.
